每次從地鐵站走進海之戀,都會經過這間「Odelice!」法國菜餐廳。今晚和朋友飯局,終於有機會過來一試他們的出品!法國菜餐廳,裝潢當然也是滿滿的法國風情!晚巿雙人套餐$528(另有加一服務費),分別有餐湯、小法包、頭盤1道、主菜2道、甜品1道。這樣的定價也相當親民。當天餐湯是薯仔忌廉湯,濃稠的質感伴隨少許薯蓉的口感。附有小法包同吃,麵包鬆軟充滿海鹽鹹香,幾好食,幾有意外驚喜。帶子煎至金黃色,味道鮮甜,口感彈牙juicy。配有椰菜花蓉、西班牙火腿塊,其中椰菜花蓉質感幼滑,有幾分似薯蓉,但又會比薯蓉更清爽一些。海鮮鍋分別有盲槽魚、黑青口、蜆和燒薯粒。魚塊煎香,魚皮帶脆,肉質紮實。而且盲槽魚本身魚骨不多,所以進食起來啖啖肉。黑青口、蜆都頗為鮮甜。配上海鮮濃湯汁,蕃茄的酸香和幾款海鮮的味道都很搭。油封鴨腿是經典的法國菜。鴨皮因為經油滾而變得酥脆,裡面鴨肉則保持軟嫩,入口後散出濃郁的鴨香味,越嚼得久,味越濃。再佐以橙香砵酒醬汁,甜中帶酸的果香令鴨肉味道更出色。伴碟有黑松露薯蓉,質感棉密又富松露香氣。他們出品的蘋果撻偏鬆軟。撻皮帶著濃濃的牛油味。塗了果醬/楓糖漿之類,所以入口又會帶甜香。中間舖滿蘋

他們出品的蘋果撻偏鬆軟。撻皮帶著濃濃的牛油味。塗了果醬/楓糖漿之類,所以入口又會帶甜香。中間舖滿蘋果片,酸酸甜甜的果香,整體不會過份甜膩
。還備有一球雲呢拿味雪糕,一冷配一熱,食得好滋味。
