To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有店舖新開張,午餐太多人,決定晚市先幫襯,點知一樣咁多人 最後決定行個圈8:30先去食。晚餐點了兩個小菜: 虎皮尖椒炒排骨, 紅棗雲耳蒸雞。 新張期內,原來點兩個小菜還會送一份細嘅瑤柱蒸手打肉餅。首先想講講無影相送俾你食個份細肉餅,下次會叫份大嘅食 彈牙,好好味,唔係溝好多水,一夾就散晒個啲。唔知點形容,總之好好食。虎皮尖椒炒排骨: 鑊氣好夠,好嘢味,排骨應該係新鮮排骨,送白飯一流紅棗雲耳蒸雞: 新鮮雞件,份量好有誠意,無嘢投訴,好味。最後,差啲忘記咗個碗例湯,合掌瓜湯。有湯渣,濃味,應該煲咗好耐,唔係淡茂茂嗰啲湯水。杯茶嘅茶味就差啲啲,茶色,茶味,茶香都淡,要改進下。 服務,有禮貌,中規中矩。整體體驗好好,應該會回頭。
