To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 凌晨一點落機後,諗緊有咩食。難得仲有茶餐廳仲未關,打電話去問營業時間。佢話做到三點,真係好!一家五口,叫咗五六個小菜,三杯嘢飲,三碗飯。辛苦晒店員,夜麻麻都可以食d正常野價錢合理,食物質素正常👏🏻👏🏻

食過一次堂食午餐,味道ok,奶茶都好飲沙嗲牛夠濃味又多汁,牛肉件數多兼淋身但夜晚外賣其實都唔差,唔太咸不過叫左個雞煲就少伏,胡椒牛柏葉雞煲件件都係骨頭,無乜肉食餐飯竟然唔夠飽

一向都覺得呢間唔錯,不過聽說佢轉左幾次手.。聽街坊講佢的鑊氣小炒幾好的,於是叫了個椒鹽鮮尤外賣拎返屋企。 呢個餸平時喺屋企可能做到,所以如果街有嘅話都好想試吓。拎到返屋企仍然都係熱辣辣嘅,脆粉做得好好,上面嘅嗰啲椒鹽同埋辣粉嘅味道都啱啱好。唯一美中不足嘅係,裏面嘅魷魚真係冇味道,可能係急凍嘅關係啦。不過呢個價錢同區入邊最平,隔離間酒樓都要賣到$110。呢間80幾蚊做到呢個價錢做到呢個味道仲要有咁多條好抵食。

難得放假可以訓醒都點幾先出去食Tea喺聯和墟泊好車近近地就嚟到潮樓煮意試下呢度既下午茶!呢度下午茶只有大概有8-10款選擇,另外仲會送熱飲!今日我就點左咖喱咸牛脷飯,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅椰香咖喱味,鹹牛脷蚊到好軟淋不過就偏鹹!用嚟送飯都幾唔錯!牛腩湯米線,湯底清甜,牛腩唔會好柴不過牛腩份量比較少!魚香茄子炆米嚟到大大碟,超多米粉中夾雜帶咸香既咸魚粒、茄子相比平時算多肉汁,加上肉碎的咬口,食到有唔同既層次味道!

有店舖新開張,午餐太多人,決定晚市先幫襯,點知一樣咁多人 最後決定行個圈8:30先去食。晚餐點了兩個小菜: 虎皮尖椒炒排骨, 紅棗雲耳蒸雞。 新張期內,原來點兩個小菜還會送一份細嘅瑤柱蒸手打肉餅。首先想講講無影相送俾你食個份細肉餅,下次會叫份大嘅食 彈牙,好好味,唔係溝好多水,一夾就散晒個啲。唔知點形容,總之好好食。虎皮尖椒炒排骨: 鑊氣好夠,好嘢味,排骨應該係新鮮排骨,送白飯一流紅棗雲耳蒸雞: 新鮮雞件,份量好有誠意,無嘢投訴,好味。最後,差啲忘記咗個碗例湯,合掌瓜湯。有湯渣,濃味,應該煲咗好耐,唔係淡茂茂嗰啲湯水。杯茶嘅茶味就差啲啲,茶色,茶味,茶香都淡,要改進下。 服務,有禮貌,中規中矩。整體體驗好好,應該會回頭。
