To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到醫院探望朋友,順路來一來這間轉工後很少食的餐廳。一的人坐坐對街的吧枱位置,還好。店員殷切的奉上熱茶。點了個角切魚生飯,定食配麵鼓湯和小小的沙律菜。麵鼓湯不會很咸,夠熱,開了胃口。中等碗的壽司飯帶點暖,醋味稍淡,面上的魚生粒沒有剛開店時那麼澎湃,但仍然滿滿的。三文魚魚油夠多,還分到幾粒腩位,非常肥美,伴著青瓜,玉子,蟹子,呑拿魚和少量三文魚子,雖然不是頂級的質量,以$50 整餐的價錢,已沒有要求了。
