To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友到荃灣食飯，餐廳不需要等位就可以入座。我們叫了一個至尊套餐B，包括時菜鯪魚湯、招牌清湯腩、咖喱薯仔牛脷、白飯和兩杯飲品。兩杯飲品分別是話梅柑桔七喜和話梅柑桔蜜，話梅味道香濃帶酸，但飲品又不會太甜，甜中帶酸。首先是咖喱薯仔牛脷，咖喱汁味道不錯，香辣但又不會太辣，而且咖喱非常之香，而牛脷軟身夠入味。之後是時菜鮫魚湯，濃湯中有生菜再加上鯪魚球，湯的味道清甜，而且很大碗。最後的是清湯腩，牛腩肉軟不會硬，而且牛味足，另外白蘿蔔清甜多汁。整體而言，味道不錯，出餐速度快，而且價錢合理。
