To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

價錢同食物質素不相符

事前朋友已經分享所以都已經冇期望，但真心無諗過會差到一個點。 價錢贵但食物質素差，款式少唔緊要但唔精就弊啦！冷盤龍蝦仔無味又硬，生豪賣相唔敢食，熱盤除碗仔翅同羊類款式唔錯之外都冇其他好食。甜品更失望，一間咁高級嘅酒店，另一個普通芝士蛋糕，味道都不及小型甜品舖。現成嘅有芝士有movempick 雪糕可取～座位環境都可以不過如果要有view 唔係好多張枱可以享受到，所以食view 真係去102 afternoon tea好了。
