To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日同朋友黎到天后搵食，行左幾條街，餐廳多到你食一個月都食唔哂。XD 最後黎到呢間上海菜館見到有擔擔麵就決定食呢間！雖然只係夜晚6：30，但餐廳已經有好幾枱客。一坐底侍應就俾左兩杯熱茶。我地叫左兩個麵加個菜balance下，仲有杯豆漿。豆漿唔太甜，岩岩好。醉雞一上枱勁香酒味，雞都幾滑，味道剛好。擔擔麵叫左中辣，但朋友話可以再辣d。XD 份量都幾大份，有肉碎鋪面，仲有啖啖花生香味。排骨麵都係一樣咁大份，排骨炸至香脆，食落口唔太油。唔好俾張相扼左，佢好多肉碎係d四季豆下面，咸咸地送飯一流。侍應中途不斷加水，要一讚呢度ge服務，仲要冇加一！
