To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來過這間小店兩次，坐得幾舒服，都唔會話有大冷氣長期吹住個頭。坐位算是闊落，夜晚靜靜地，用餐時間亦唔限時，感覺幾閒適。聽聞這家餐廳是由張家一家三口打理的，所以叫張三。老闆娘服務態度都不錯，誠懇有笑容唔會黑口黑面。今次點嘅係dinner set芝士番茄天使麵，跟沙律，一杯嘢飲同tiramisu。食物好快就整好，沙律感覺清新，不過不失；麵條散發炒香嘅香氣，軟硬度剛剛好，份量都幾大份，加上番茄十分開胃。熱飲要咗熱阿華田，沖得比好多茶餐廳好飲（誤） 👍 Tiramisu正常質素，餅底幾脆。食唔哂打包咗天使麵。全部總共一百四十幾蚊，唔收加一服務費，整體感覺都唔錯。
