上次試左火鍋,今日嚟試下飲茶食點心!叫左"招牌燒腩"$118,賣相簡潔切得十分精緻,每件大細一樣,夾起來不會有皮同肉一夾就分開嘅情況出現,外皮十分之脆口,而肉質和肥膏分佈好平均,食落不會有乾的感覺但又不會太油,這樣除了肉質好之外還要有功力先可以做到!"手拆鮮蝦腸粉"$58,初初上枱覺得平平無奇,但夾起食落腸粉厚薄剛好,蝦非常大隻同新鮮彈牙,再加上佢嘅甜豉油張我帶返去以前小時候好食茶樓點心的感覺!"燒賣"比其他餐廳唔同嘅係佢蝦下面再加左啲髮菜,整體新鮮好味但又冇乜特出!"叉燒包"都係同其他唔係好大分別,但佢新鮮即叫即蒸同用料十分亦值得讚!"包羅萬有"依個其實係升級版嘅棉花雞加少少排骨、蟹柳同一只小鲍魚,又係初初上枱覺得平平無奇,心諗只係改左個名就收我貴啲,點之食落佢個汁真係不得了,我諗應該係加左少少包魚汁落去,全部料都吸收曬啲汁非常味道!最後經理為我們送上綠豆沙作結尾,味道不太甜亦煲到起曬沙!果然係有質素的中菜!
