To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直愛佢個過橋清湯,夠哂多餸樣樣有,由佢$4x 食到而家$5x,同家姐些牙1碗,通常我地會走牛肉,豬肉同豬潤,但侍應遮遮好好耐性,唔會聽得唔耐煩,另外加碟土匪雞翼,叫多兩杯食品就Perfect~今日得自己嚮又一城,行行吓見到food court入面有譚仔三哥,好想食喲~ 所以我叫左1碗雞肉腩肉酸辣小米線,配熱檸檬茶, 搵個位坐定定食食~坊間成日有啲唔純正廣東話叫法,我成日會有衝動想咁叫,又驚侍應遮遮會掌摑我(哈)講番正題,其實譚仔三哥啲米線真係幾好味,唔會浸到脹哂,霉霉爛爛咁,雞肉唔鞋口; 腩肉既皮有𡁻頭肉唔會靭,而酸辣湯底又好醒胃! 夏天都好啱食~尼樣係友聚同得自己既時候都可以食!

講番正題,
其實譚仔三哥啲米線真係幾好味,
唔會浸到脹哂,霉霉爛爛咁,
雞肉唔鞋口; 腩肉既皮有𡁻頭肉唔會靭,
而酸辣湯底又好醒胃! 夏天都好啱食~
尼樣係友聚同得自己既時候都可以食!
