To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過開嚟做嘢,攪掂已差不多11點,原本打算去韓式包店,但佢周圍都裝修,唯有轉場. 行吓行吓過咗天橋,有2間餐廳,1間已出午餐餐牌,另1間竟然仲有早餐喎,2間食物都啱食,但又好耐未試過外出食早餐,入去問吓係咪仲有供應,收銀員答係. 於是叫咗份 – (迷你)火雞片.蘑菇.粉+牛角包+蛋+蘋果茶.原來包,蛋同飲品都有得揀,好好喎,好彩無選擇困難症!喺等出餐時,自取餐具,唔洗好耐,食物已放咗喺托盤. 其實火雞片.蘑菇.粉都唔係好迷你,幾款食物加埋,對我嚟講早(午)餐份量恰到好處.
