To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我最近去咗「牛角」食咗一次,話說係一個非常正嘅食評體驗。入到去就有一股淡淡嘅燒烤香氣,好啱食燒烤嘅我。食物都係新鮮嘅,而且每樣菜式都做得好好味。我食咗好多菜式,有幾款係我印象特別深刻。首先係汁煮牛舌,牛舌煮得好軟,滲透咗鮮味,配埋汁煮都好適中,真係一道出色嘅菜式。梅子蕃茄都好好味,味道新鮮,而且加咗啲醬汁,味道更加豐富。牛油金菇亦都好棒,金菇爽脆,加咗啲牛油,真係好好味。如果你鍾意食牛舌,一定要試試佢哋嘅口燒牛舌,牛舌燒得剛剛好,肉汁都唔會流失,肉質好嫩滑,而且搭配埋啲蔬菜,口感更加豐富。如果你鍾意食海鮮,就一定要試下佢哋嘅牛油廣島蠔。啲蠔鮮甜多汁,再加埋啲牛油,真係滋味無窮,夠味夠爽口。最後,我都試咗佢哋嘅玉子飯同牛角飯。玉子飯煮得剛剛好,唔會太軟太硬,仲有啲微甜味,好適合我呢啲鍾意食甜嘅人。牛角飯都幾特別,有啲辣椒醬,加咗啲黑芝麻,味道好香濃。總括黎講,「牛角」真係係一間好正嘅燒烤店,不單止係食物好味,仲有啲好嘅服務。如果你係一個燒烤愛好者,你一定要嚟一次嚟試吓佢哋嘅牛肉同埋其他嘅菜式,一定唔會令你失望。
