To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前食牛角,通常都係lunch去食,因為佢算貴嘅單價燒肉店,去食lunch set會抵好多。但自從佢出咗牛角buffet之後,就梗係夜晚去食buffet啦。-始終而家相對起以前少咗好多人,記得一開始出牛角buffet都要等好耐位,但而家book位都易好多,所以去到都唔係好使等。-呢度最正係牛角飯可以任食,仲可以夾大量紫菜喺面,另外佢嘅燒年糕同前菜亦都好正,而牛嘅質素仲keep到,唔會話轉咗buffet之後,變到好似其他任食店咁,俾最cheap嘅牛你。
