我哋今日坐咗卡位,張枱夠晒大擺晒我哋嘅嘢食,張凳都坐得幾舒服。一入座,店員會先上海鮮部份,包括兩隻扇貝、一隻龍蝦同兩隻鮑魚。店員有預先同我哋講啲食物要煮幾耐,等我哋可以好好控制時間,唔會令到啲海鮮越煮越韌!扇貝好新鮮,size正常,仲有我最鍾意嘅粉絲添!龍蝦大大隻,肉質鮮嫩、彈牙,仲有好多膏。店員仲會將龍蝦鉗揼碎,方便我哋食入邊啲肉。鮑魚好新鮮,上枱嗰陣仲識郁,大大隻,洗得乾淨,唔韌。本來餐廳仲提供任食蠔,但因為今日到唔切貨,所以就每人限食五隻。雖然我冇食到🤣,但啲蠔睇落好新鮮,又大!為咗補償冇得任食生蠔,餐廳提供左任食青口。啲青口都好大,好新鮮,仲有啲毛添!其餘我哋仲食咗蜆、蝦,都好鮮甜!除咗海鮮,餐廳仲有好多串燒同烤肉選擇,全部都係任食架,等我抽幾樣介紹啦!京蔥牛肉卷串:蔥同牛肉嘅配搭非常好,一咬落去蔥嘅香味爆發晒出嚟。海鹽翠玉瓜:依個有驚喜,啲翠玉瓜燒完之後淋淋地,加埋上面嘅醬汁,都幾正。日式燒豬頸肉串:豬頸肉切都幾厚,質感唔錯,上面仲沾滿蜜糖汁。汁燒七味雞軟骨串:一串會有六粒雞軟骨,口感好脆,有啲仲有連住雞皮,油脂感爆發,正。烤韓式雞肉:雞肉大大塊,又滑,又juicy,配埋啲醬

除咗海鮮,餐廳仲有好多串燒同烤肉選擇,全部都係任食架,等我抽幾樣介紹啦!
京蔥牛肉卷串:蔥同牛肉嘅配搭非常好,一咬落去蔥嘅香味爆發晒出嚟。
海鹽翠玉瓜:依個有驚喜,啲翠玉瓜燒完之後淋淋地,加埋上面嘅醬汁,都幾正。
日式燒豬頸肉串:豬頸肉切都幾厚,質感唔錯,上面仲沾滿蜜糖汁。

餐廳仲有好多炸物選擇,等我又抽幾樣介紹吓啦。
吉列蝦:外皮脆卜卜,入邊蝦嘅份量都幾多,又彈牙。
紫心脆薯餅:炸皮入邊有滿滿嘅紫薯餡,紫薯蓉好淋,好甜,依個我鍾意!
天婦羅番薯:依款係用黃心番薯,番薯都幾淋甜。
天婦羅南瓜:南瓜好淋甜,加上外表層炸衣,脆卜卜,配搭好好。

甜品方面,套餐會包左一杯椰皇三重奏!依個好好味,食完舔舔脷。顧名思義,佢有三重椰子嘅製品,第一層有椰絲,第二層有類似椰漿嘅cream,第三層就係椰青水嘅啫喱。因為佢係用椰子做嘅,所以非常清甜,好香。基本上三層配料都好正,所以佢哋配搭埋一齊都好好味!

飲品方面,除咗有啤酒、汽水,佢仲有幾款鴻福堂嘅飲品,選擇非常多!最特別嘅係餐廳有提供韓國人蔘酒同埋丹麥牛角啤酒,好少見其他餐廳有提供。
