最近天氣轉涼,又係時候打邊爐。朋友訂咗呢間新開任食火鍋店,好彩有訂位,平日都爆晒棚,無限時任食火鍋每位只需$268,仲有得任食手切牛頸脊,難怪咁多人捧場。先上雞煲,小辣辣度剛好,香而不辣,雞肉幾滑,一啲雪味都無。食完雞煲就食蒸海鮮拼盤,有龍躉、鮑魚、花蜆、扇貝、蟶子、海蝦,全部都好鮮甜,蒜香唔會蓋過原本鮮味。跟住就開始打邊爐,湯底係淮山蟲草花燉烏雞,啖啖都係精華,飲完湯就出去拎配料,推介墨魚滑同黑椒牛丸,彈牙多汁。菜都好新鮮。除咗配料,當然唔少得主角手切牛頸脊,牛味濃郁又夠腍,食咗好幾碟。打完邊爐食返碗椰汁雪燕,充滿椰香,又甜又潤。
