To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想食新開個間拉麵鋪,但冇開到喎!見就快落大雨,就去附近另一間食拉麵。枱上面擺左一籃雞蛋可以任食。 其實食一隻都已經好飽喇! 之前聽過店員講過話係用日本雞蛋㗎! 可能因為一入去已經有蛋食，放凍咗，冇想像中咁好食囉。 呢一碗個湯底同雜錦拉麵個湯底一樣嘅， 只係入面嘅材料唔同，呢碗嘅材料仲要少啲添。 個湯底都幾濃，豬軟骨好大件，都幾夠味，隻蛋雖然冇流心，都ok啦! 蟹棒屬一般貨色， 拉麵份量太少啦! 不過掛到汁。 雞軟骨幾有咬口，索索聲。 雞肉丸好多汁。
