To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣呢間任食麻辣火鍋＄300兩個鐘頭好似無乜特別咁，但係竟然有任食毛肚，黃喉，鵝腸，鵝血不得了🤤 鵝腸超正好肥美甘香，黃喉勁爽脆，淨係食呢兩樣都抵返曬，份量大一啲都唔吝嗇。仲有好多特色菜例如豆皮，豬腦，貢菜（一次過試咗好多新嘢）鴛鴦湯底要咗微辣麻辣，小小辣咀好食，藥膳湯底鮮味唔口乾 （重點係要叫嚟碌下菜，紅油菜我真心頂唔緊）性價比高，下次去要坐街同埋叫小辣🌶 (好細間舖，好忙碌所以會有漏單，但我覺得可接受嘅）店舖比較細所以強烈建議要預訂
