天氣凍,最適合就是打邊爐。今天友人帶我來寶哥火鍋味館打邊爐。寶哥火鍋味館打邊爐是任飲任食。仲可以食三小時,可以慢慢食。湯底有十二款選擇, 每種湯底都想試試。最後我們揀了蕃茄牛坑腩湯底。湯底真的不錯,尤魚牛坑腩,都幾腍。食了好多塊牛坑腩。我們揀了B餐。店員先送來6款刺身:魷魚,希靈魚,北寄貝,赤貝等等。仲有5款海鮮:花甲,青口,大蝦,魚,帶子。店員及送來一碟靚牛,就是封門柳。封門柳就是牛橫隔膜肌肉,每隻牛只有一條,比較罕有。封門柳肉味重,濃郁。另外任食的牛有五香鮮牛肉和特級美國肥牛肉,都不錯。丸類,要點必試魚蛋,十分彈牙。招牌白鱔片,深海大八爪魚鬚,酥炸魚皮,豆腐都要試。菜唔少得我喜愛的唐生菜和皇帝菜。飲品有汽水,啤酒,竹蔗茅根等等, 選擇不少。
