小菜在地面,蒸氣石鍋在一樓,當日平日都半滿,所以不用等位便直接入座。蒸氣石鍋都食過幾次,但任飲任食的蒸氣石鍋真係未食過,究竟抵唔抵食?!忍唔住約埋好友來食。原來海鮮指定九選四,還有乳鴿、龍蝦、貝殻盛盆,粥底有兩款,仲有燉湯送。任飲任食咩呢?有雞、牛、豬等肉類及丸類,蔬菜等等,有點似火鍋配料,不過特別在有馬拉糕可以蒸熱來做甜品。當日星期二,每人$338,可用2.5小時任飲任食,雖然蒸食物需時,但都夠時間任食的。另收醬油、花生$15,價錢也可接受。店員講解完收費,我同友人就出去取醬料及飲品。 呢度醬料都幾多,有12款,比較特別的有剁椒、XO醬等等。飲品是任飲的,有一般的汽水之外,還有竹蔗水、韓國飲品等等,最正有2款啤酒,asahi朝日啤酒及嘉士伯啤酒,都是任飲。先放米、排骨及南瓜,食完蒸氣鍋後,就有粥食。排骨陳腎湯,但有雞件,所以湯味道尚好,但好像隨便用料煲成。老黃瓜煲雞,也是有排骨,味道還可,但較普通。先飲蘆薈汁,有好多蘆薈粒粒,味道清新。 朝日啤酒大支裝夠凍又夠爽。脆皮乳鴿,每人半隻,不用沾醬料已經好夠味。入味得黎不太咸,皮薄香脆又油潤,肉質嫩淋帶香,味道好好。貝殼盛盆,兩人份量有約1

百花釀花菇只有少少蝦膠釀冬菇,細細粒味道淡,麻麻地。都係留肚食牛肉好過。
鮮蝦丸好彈牙,蝦味突出,必叫的丸類。
梅菜豬肉丸,好特別的丸,但說穿了就是梅菜蒸豬肉,但製成一粒粒丸好易食。味道微甜的梅菜豬肉好好食。
鯪魚球軟淋有魚味,最正唔太腥,友人都食到。

總捨,海鮮蒸氣鍋抵食,新鮮夠豐富,自選自由度大,還有熟食的乳鴿、燉湯。醬料齊全,任飲也有啤酒。只係任食的食物質素不夠海鮮好,但仍算抵食。基本上食完海鮮加粥都飽,如果大食可以試下任飲任食套餐。
