To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過時俾呢個$48牌吸引咗,見到全店就係賣呢隻雞,咁有信心味道應該不錯,所以決定一試!佢有$48半隻烤雞,跟一款醬汁同兩款配菜。另外有一款係$48全隻烤雞,沒有任何配料,仲寫有出爐時間,買嚟加餸都唔錯我揀嘅係$48海南雞飯,飯係油飯,雞好嫩滑,仲切得好幼,直頭雞絲一樣,雞嘅份量好少,有d失望另外叫咗半隻雞配牛肝菌醬,油飯同雜菜,估唔到個醬汁係直接淋落隻烤雞度,個皮返到屋企已經林晒,而且個汁一啲都無牛肝菌嘅香味,只係好似一般蘑菇汁。另外,雖然我欣賞佢個盒係紙盒,但俾啲倒汗水整到好容易爛,用返海南雞個隻啡色盒會好啲
