九龍城除了出名食泰國菜外,其實潮州菜都是集中地,今晚同朋友去了食滷味。坐低無耐見店員攞著盤新鮮炸起的沙鑽及鳳尾魚,即刻叫了份嘗鮮。沙鑽肉質嫩滑,炸得外脆內軟,而鳳尾整條都很香脆,不過肉少,比較適合送酒。韮菜豬紅帶點辣香,豬紅滷得入味。滷水鵝滷得入味又唔會過咸,鵝肉有肉香亦帶鵝油脂甘香,肉質帶點咬口,十分juicy,下面用了豆腐墊底。蠔餅份量十足,有兩大件,即叫即炸,新鮮熱辣,蠔肉脹卜卜完全唔腥。食潮州菜必食的蠔仔粥,蠔肉份量多,還有些魷魚、方魚等等,味道鮮甜。元朗楊氏烏頭已經有黃油,肉質嫩滑甘香。最後一大個心型的糖醋麵,炸得香脆,加上醬汁十分開胃。
