鰻魚壽司鰻魚外脆內嫩,醬汁微甜香口。火炙三文魚腩壽司三文魚腩油潤,入口即溶,油而不膩。軟殼蟹牛油果卷上面有牛油果同蟹籽,淋上沙律醬,飯卷包裏住紫菜、青瓜絲同軟殼蟹,酸酸哋又fresh,口感清爽。日本南瓜天婦羅。香脆嘅外皮包住清甜軟滑嘅南瓜,蘸蘿蔔蓉拌勻嘅特製醬汁嚟食,鹹鹹甜甜咁,口感味道都唔錯。炸雞軟骨外表酥脆乾身,雞軟骨有嚼口,味道唔會太鹹。一口芝士外皮同樣炸到好香脆,相對比較油膩,芝士香濃軟滑。七味燒雞腎質地乾咗啲,味道亦略嫌唔夠香口惹味。汁燒蘆筍牛肉串同鹽燒黑豚腩亦比較乾身,但係香口,味道亦可以。原燒牛舌則爽口甘香又入味。和風炒野菜炒椰菜同菇菌,上面鋪上木魚,味道豐富咗不少。
