To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次遇到這種舖頭。放工夜想食完麻辣燙回家休息。點知食咗先發現價值$10.-既牛柏葉,只有4片葉,問服務員,佢話有呀就走開,完全唔覺碗內只有4片葉係問題。收人錢,請俾合適份量既食物人…同枱另一位見我咁,佢就先檢查自己碗麵,一檢查,發現雙份金菇無俾,加完後。人哋又檢查,一查又發現無娃娃菜。其他食評話,價錢平份量夠,嗰啲人係打手?定係睇人俾份量。原本無打算打食評,但我覺得有必要俾人知,店內既生意手法。起碼各位食前先檢查好自己叫既餸係齊同有適中既份量先好食第一口。未食起碼可以唔食離開,希望大家唔好好似我咁慘。
