To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日週末晚, 有一段時間沒來這店了同太座到上址進晚餐,店內應該是肩裝修過一下, 櫈換了新的一套, 當晚客人有7成滿,食物如下:鹵水豬腳凍 $68 豬腳剛剛好夠身, 咬落有咬口, 最初的一/ 兩舊會以為鹵水味淡但當吃多了便會漸漸感到味濃,杏汁燉豬肺湯 $158/盅 這湯似乎是中式高湯比例上高了些, 所以是一個白色高湯, 豬肺比例也不少, 只是例牌份量也可以倒出5-6碗, 交足功課了鹵水雙拼 $178 鵝件拼豬大腸, 鵝件大部份是上裝肉, 這鹵水鵝色水較深但非太咸, 豬大腸也是最中間厚腸壁那部份, 有趙口夠濃味!鹽燒小黃魚(兩條起) $40/條 這兩條黃魚size絕不小,魚肉夠滑亦有魚鮮味(以細魚計) 一人食一條份量剛剛好, 當然可能有人會覺得一條都唔夠喉要食多一條都唔定?潮洲家鄉煎蠔烙$118 蠔比較多, 木薯粉蛋漿相對地少, 而這裡用”煎”非”炸”所以體積不會是厚身嗰隻, 味道較為原味沒有太浮誇嘅味道,椰汁百合荳爽 $26 相當好味, 少甜有椰香及百合的香氣, 配上有咬口嘅綠荳,只是價格較為進取吧!茶位 $17 當日叫咗壽味, 但那壽味有陣怪味入口唔似飲緊壽味囉!下次來可能叫"觀音"吧
