To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟新都城一期呢間海港食生日飯乳豬烤得好脆，肉質幾嫩帶微鹹，幾大隻份量好夠分人頭鮑魚仔都幾好食，不過因為清蒸所以得豉油同鮮味，幾甜嘅龍蝦伊麵變咗烏冬，烏冬都算係幾索湯，都好嘅嘅，不過長輩們似乎都係鐘意伊麵多啲好多骨腩，炆到好入味好香，呢個餸飯一流燒鵝極大隻，仲要差唔多臨尾先上，雖然好多肉但大家都食飽哂等得有啲耐，催完單先上嘅菜，油墨菜，淮山同蕃茄清一清先前嘅油膩感壽包有兩隻色嘅紙，普通白色紙係蓮蓉，黃色紙係奶黃
