To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

份量好夠，夠辣好食

這次同朋友一齊試呢間新店，空間夠大，環境光猛。這次去的時侯人流不多，可以同朋友們很暢快傾計。而今次放假日子去食下午茶，份量比我意料中多，又夠辣，可以一戰；）每人一碟，下午茶來說，份量真係好夠，非常適合我呢d食得多既人試下，而且火喉夠，食得好滿意。這碟沙嗲偏辣，但隻辣味食上癮，諗唔到食乜，都可以試下！而上面這個餐是當日我試的，這碟肉片炒河味道一般以上，還是辣的沙嗲最喜歡！而飲品好立克一點都不痴底夾埋一舊渣，好純幾好飲！
