To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係湖景工作雖然有唔少商場同餐廳嘅選擇，但係有時多選擇都可以係一個煩惱，唔知去邊度食好返咗一個星期後，我發現我都係最鍾意去最近我返工地點嘅冬菇亭食大排檔，因為平！靚！正！呢間連誠唔同一般大排檔，唔會好熱！又唔會好多小動物！所以大熱天時，中午放lunch去食都無問題，有好足嘅冷氣！咁啱我今次去食落大雨都唔怕佢有午餐之選嘅餐牌，每次都有五至六個選擇，令我好開心哈哈。然後份量又好足，我今次叫咗肉餅，大到嚇親我，大過塊面，我食咗四份一已經開始飽仲有鹹蛋係面，肉質好滑，肉汁多，好好味出示學生證仲有得平八蚊，三十幾蚊搞掂，係學生哥恩物啊
