To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶時間見到好平就黎試下。黎到發現有九成都是叔叔伯伯...叫了豬手牛腩麵及凍檸茶....落左單好快送上凍檸茶，味道和茶記差不多，檸檬夠茶又濃。麵可能即煮所以好耐先到接著就豬手麵來，豬手因爲頗肥的關係，入口即溶分唔清係脂肪定膠原，忍唔住肥膏既誘惑一野食晒，但是豬手份量孤寒，吾夠送麵，味道方面偏咸。牛腩夠淋亦偏咸再食啖麵，嘩，好重有鹼水味，雖然麵條屬爽彈但亦難入口，另外似乎忘了叫腩汁又無比到扣一點分，湯底也是偏咸，麵量偏少，可能豬手少牛腩又少我食完碗麵都唔覺飽。不過勝在平，雙併連凍飲三十多可能今次失手，希望有改善
