To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間店新開，之前都一路有幫襯，之前外賣都ok。但今次外賣極差， 叫左雞肉腩肉酸辣，雞肉極碎超細粒， 腩肉超級薄而且細塊過之前好多倍， 湯底比平時酸辣黎講過辣，要加多好多水。打電話比店舖反應意見， 第一位應答同事良好，話可以重新煮比我。但2分鐘後，另一位女士打黎，聲稱佢地d雞係咁細粒，另外佢要我帶埋碗野落去比佢地睇下先，要講比佢地廚房師傅聽， 我聽完後同佢講唔洗啦， 咁樣攪法，重唔驚被人落重料。 雖然知道疫情下生意受損， 但係呢位可能主管的應對方法 同埋 呢碗雞碎米線， 令我永遠唔會再光顧！
