上次去日本冇食,今次終於食左日本嘅過江龍千里屋,佢嘅日本當真係好大碗,而且分量充足,我老公都話好大碗好飽肚!位於銅鑼灣核心地帶,我放工就可以搭巴士去到門口,方便大家食好嘢!室內設計就好似日本嘅餐廳,日式嘅裝修簡約得來又企理!門口有個日本嘅服務生派傳單,感覺就好似去咗日本!我就叫咗個和牛壽喜燒,大家都知道真正嘅壽喜燒係甜甜地嘅,但係香港好難食到正宗壽喜燒,外面多數係唔夠甜,又或者用Shabu Shabu代替,但呢度就好正宗,個湯底係濃郁,而且呈現啡黑色,同我喺日本見到嘅差唔多!鍾意食牛嘅你,一定要食呢個和牛,肉質非常之嫩口!值得一提,佢嘅錢財係非常唔錯,魯肉幾好食!如果係食量大嘅,可以試吓呢個富士山丼,佢嘅份量真係嚇死人架,用肉切出嚟嘅富士山,而且肉質唔錯,係用咗安格斯牛,加埋啲配菜就更加一流!醬汁係廚師特別調製,喺出面食唔到!

我就叫咗個和牛壽喜燒,大家都知道真正嘅壽喜燒係甜甜地嘅,但係香港好難食到正宗壽喜燒,外面多數係唔夠甜,又或者用Shabu Shabu代替,但呢度就好正宗,個湯底係濃郁,而且呈現啡黑色,同我喺日本見到嘅差唔多!鍾意食牛嘅你,一定要食呢個和牛,肉質非常之嫩口!值得一提,佢嘅錢財係非常唔錯,魯肉幾好食!

如果係食量大嘅,可以試吓呢個富士山丼,佢嘅份量真係嚇死人架,用肉切出嚟嘅富士山,而且肉質唔錯,係用咗安格斯牛,加埋啲配菜就更加一流!醬汁係廚師特別調製,喺出面食唔到!
