To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇演唱會前經過大有商場,就揀咗食安南越南牛肉粉。去到好彩有位,唔需要等,而我哋睇餐牌,都好快就揀咗要一個雞絲湯檬$58(蕃茄湯底+$2),另一個係牛肉湯粉$58,無再叫其他嘢,因為見到隔離枱,就已經知道份量十足。大約3分鐘就有得食啦,我食嘅雞絲湯檬,因為用蕃茄湯底,味道真係好濃嘅蕃茄味,而且仲有大大舊嘅蕃茄,雞絲及檬粉亦好多,食一碗就已經好飽。而牛肉湯粉,亦有好多牛肉,味道亦唔錯,算係抵食。無叫其他嘢飲,只飲暖水,都覺得餐廳嘅水,無異味,職員亦好有禮貌,環境算乾淨,座位相隔距離都好大,令人坐得安心舒服。

大約3分鐘就有得食啦,我食嘅雞絲湯檬,因為用蕃茄湯底,味道真係好濃嘅蕃茄味,而且仲有大大舊嘅蕃茄,雞絲及檬粉亦好多,食一碗就已經好飽。
而牛肉湯粉,亦有好多牛肉,味道亦唔錯,算係抵食。
無叫其他嘢飲,只飲暖水,都覺得餐廳嘅水,無異味,職員亦好有禮貌,環境算乾淨,座位相隔距離都好大,令人坐得安心舒服。
