晚上我跟朋友去了銅鑼灣的小魚兒吃晚餐。餐廳長這樣 老壇酸菜魚鍋 (小麻小辣)魚肉真是超多,肉質鮮嫩,口感滑順,仿佛在嘴裡融化。酸菜的酸味與魚肉的鮮味相得益彰,讓人一口接一口停不下來。鍋裡還有雲耳,帶來了脆脆的口感,增添了層次感,讓整體的味道更加豐富。 豉椒炒蜆洋蔥超入味,與蜆的鮮甜相互融合,讓人感受到濃厚的香氣。每一口都能品嚐到豉椒的味道,搭配蜆的鮮美,讓人欲罷不能。燒牛舌心串 (孜然口味)厚切的牛舌心咬下去的瞬間,肉汁四溢,肉味濃郁。孜然的香氣恰到好處,對於喜歡重口味的朋友來說,這道菜絕對是必點之選。越南粉絲春卷剛上來的時候非常燙,吃的時候要小心。外皮超脆,咬下去的時候發出清脆的聲音。
