To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為上堂而到太源街，並入了這家餐廳吃晚飯，伙記不多但非常親切，空間不是很大，但也坐得舒服。傍晚時分來沒太多客人，點了1個2餸麵（沙嗲牛肉拼腸仔公仔麵），初時擔心只有肉沒菜，後來伙記說他們會放菜，不必特別加錢或額外點菜，如果需要他們可多加一點菜。然後發現每碗麵果真已經有很多菜，而且牛肉的份量頗多，味道和一般茶餐廳差不多，但這裡的晚餐麵食連餐飲只是28元，非常親民！現在晚餐能這樣實惠、服務又那麼好的餐廳真的很少見，所以有機會再來光顧！
