To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又有同事退休了，多年共事，點都要到賀一下。共訂3圍，因個全包宴的價錢無得包房，雖然都在房間內，但超貼的隔離都要放多3張細枱招呼客人坐。基本上以此價格，全包宴有包埋飲品，星期一至四最抵，星期五貴$200，但也不用$1800一圍，算大件夾抵食。味道都唔差，唯獨招呼就較差，地方十分擠迫，包括侍應都非常噪雜，所以快快吃完便快快走了。鴻運喜慶乳豬件蒜蓉粉絲蒸波士頓龍蝦西蘭花帶子炒蚌柳泰式海苔炸蝦餅，彈牙爽口。濃湯花膠煲螺頭，湯一啖和花膠一起吃了，餘下湯渣也不少。私房欖豉蒸龍躉斑浸時菜脆皮醬燒雞健康田園炒飯歡樂大蟠桃，超大隻，白蓮蓉很滑，但沒有蛋黃的。
