To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽建議去黃埔新開業的逸逸居,我們平日晚上去,不用等位,店內只有10檯人左右,坐得十分舒服。他們有雞鴿鵝三選一優惠,我們選了燒鵝(例牌)$38,份量十足,目測有十幾件,盤的下面有蠟燭保暖,所以可以慢慢食,不過燒鵝皮不算脆。我們還點了$88的海魚,份量很大,4-5人食也夠,不過味道不夠鮮味。另外是蒜蓉蒸聖子(3只)$90和啫啫肉碎蝦干芥蘭煲$88,聖子大隻味道ok,可惜芥蘭比較老,有點硬...最後原本服務員說糖水送完,但有桂花糕,但當我們問另一位服務員是否糖水送,他說連桂花糕也沒有。但我們看明明隔離檯(比較人多)是有桂花糕送的,有點失望
