自從新冠肺炎疫情爆發,都已經好耐冇出夜街,現在疫情都見受到控制,仍然都未敢鬆懈,都有做足安全衛生措施,政府的限聚令都開始沒有太緊,所以今晚相約友人逛下旺角,順便來到位於旺角深宵食堂食晚飯。地方環境雖然不是好大,天花懸掛了日本的油紙遮、紙燈籠、日本動漫的擺設,店中播放了不少日本懷舊昭和年代日劇歌曲,讓我們仿似身在日本當地客人自己剔點菜紙選擇心儀的食物,茶式分類有前菜、主食、一品料理、炸物、燒物及甜品等......牆身有個黑板寫上了特別的精選,可以跟店員落單。好有氣氛 踏入夏天,天氣真是熱又悶焗,先點了兩杯烏龍茶($16 each )解渴,烏龍茶可以減輕食物的油膩感,無糖的烏龍茶又可以消滯,最欣賞玻璃杯真是好cute 以下是今晚點了的食物 煙肉荔枝卷$38~鹹香的煙肉包住大大粒的荔枝肉 ,一啖咬下有煙肉的鹹香,也有荔枝肉的清甜,兩者的配搭產生美妙的反應,鹹中帶果甜,吃起有的有煙肉的微焦香,輕減煙肉油膩及鹹味,一串有3粒,都值一試 甲羅燒$78~全場最矚目的菜式,蟹蓋填滿了大量的蟹膏及搶眼的蟹籽,舀起小匙放在多士佐食,一咬有甘腴馥郁,蟹籽都有卜卜脆,放在微脆白多士佐食更有豐富口感,賣相又美,
