位於旺角彌敦道575號 Ladder Dundas 3樓的深宵食堂 (Eat Over Night),主打精緻日本菜。筆者曾經有看過日本漫畫《深夜食堂》,漫畫內的食堂燈光溫暖,和這餐廳的感覺相似。疫情後,不少餐廳的關門時間也提早,而這日本食堂則營業至凌晨兩時,可以和密友們多聊聊。。餐廳採用手機掃描二維碼下單,約五分鐘後,飲品和小食也陸續上桌了。。指定酒精飲品買一送一 - $52 兩杯📌Kirin 本榨調酒 - 柳橙 350ml 伏特加 配 橙汁(酒精濃度 - 5%) 📌「Jack Daniel’s & Coke」 威士忌可樂(酒精濃度 - 5%)兩杯飲品都頗為容易入口,不會太過苦澀。但筆者的酒量不算太好,呷了兩三口,面頰變得紅紅的。兩款飲品的酒精濃度都是5%,筆者較為喜愛kirin橙汁特調,味道微酸,頗為開胃。。📌甲羅燒 - $82這是一款頗為常見的日式燒物,食材會在甲羅(蟹殼)中烤製。料理師傅加了額外份量的蟹籽,口感卜卜脆。另外,可以加少許蟹膏和蟹籽在烘麵包上,整體感覺比單吃蟹膏更為refreshing。。甲羅燒用料新鮮,蟹膏的味道頗為鮮美。。📌牛油蒜燒珍寶大扇貝 - $62(隻)大扇貝尺寸巨大、肉厚,賣相吸睛。大扇貝不會燒得過乾,口感濕潤。面頭還加了蔥花、蒜蓉作點綴,蒜味濃厚,味道鹹香。📌帶子刺身 - $48📌螢光魷魚 - $48📌汁燒茄子串 - $13 (串)茄子有三大件,吸滿了日式醬汁,表面還撒了少許芝麻。茄子質感軟熟,也是一款頗為refreshing的蔬菜串燒。這餐廳的人均消費約$150。 continue reading

玉子燒又滑又厚,芝士同蟹肉嘅味道融合得啱啱好🦀 最吸引係個表面有手寫嘅茄汁字樣,好有心思!🥫鹽燒三文魚鰭🐟
三文魚鰭油脂豐富,喺最肥美最滑,連皮燒得金黃香脆😋 同魚腩相比,魚鰭尺寸比較細👆🏼 大概喺一隻手指咁,非常適合作為下酒小食🍺香蒜和牛粒石鍋飯🪨
石鍋飯上枱時依然滋滋作響,賣相非常吸引,最特別係中間放咗一隻生雞蛋黃🥚 拌飯時蛋黃同飯融為一體,增加咗滑潤嘅口感🌋 和牛粒嫩滑多汁,配埋香蒜嘅濃郁香氣🧄 整體味道非常豐富🎈唐揚雞軟骨🦴
同平時脆漿單純炸嘅唔一樣,外層包裹咗一層甜甜地嘅醬汁。份量十足,食到牙骹都軟埋🤣 但又忍唔住想一直食落去🙂‍↕️名古屋雞翼🍗
雞翼外皮炸得香脆,外皮有芝麻,咬落仲有啲肉汁滲出嚟,好好味!魷魚大板燒🦑
大板燒切成三角形,食落口更加方便,堆上鰹魚片,提升鮮味層次🪵厚燒牛舌👅
牛舌本身嘅鮮嫩加上黑椒強烈嘅香氣🫑燒冬菇🍄‍🟫汁燒茄子串🍆
冬菇質感厚實,茄子燒得夠淋身,吸滿醬汁好入味,最後撒上蔥花同芝麻,香氣更加突出🤓藍桔梳打🪣

深宵食堂旺角彌敦道575號LADDER Dundas3深宵食堂既感覺係要隱世,同埋食物會令你有suprise既感覺。銅鑼灣同旺角分店都係o係唔顯眼既building入面,要用心發掘才會知道呢間隱世野,好幾年前食過銅鑼灣舖,印象深刻,老闆(定員工😂)好親切既服務。銅鑼灣鋪開咗都起碼10年,旺角鋪我諗都有3/5/7年,水準依然keep得住。食串燒同飲酒好地方。一入到舖就感覺很日本,牆上貼滿日本宮崎駿poster,天花有櫻花裝飾點敍,聽住日文歌食住串燒嘗櫻花埋,望住彌敦道感受下鄉下係呢個日子下是最好的慰藉。海膽炒飯一上菜就好香噴噴,海膽入口即溶;串燒冇得輸,雞翼入味,外脆,食完想再食;炒雜菜份量好多,性價比十足;仲有其餘嘅特別料理鮑魚杯都可以一試。價錢唔算貴,日式居酒屋中下價錢,埋單人均大約一二百已經可以,約朋友敍餐坐得舒服傾到計既好地方。 continue reading

餐廳係典型嘅日式風格好鍾意牆身嘅懷舊日式海報掛畫座位寬敞,坐得好舒服周圍影相都好靚梗係要試吓呢度嘅招牌菜芝士蟹肉玉子燒 餡料勁豐富爆曬漿食落口仲有幾個層次牛油果大蝦紫菜格格成個底就係紫菜口感脆卜卜香蒜和牛粒石鍋飯要攪拌埋蛋黃食啲和牛粒勁嫩滑個飯都勁飽肚炙燒帶子海膽冷烏冬一定要撈埋個麻醬食口感煙煙韌韌香蒜焗蠔大大隻仲另外叫咗啲串燒都唔錯我哋叫咗咁多嘢人均都係$200幾性價比唔錯無論係情侶定係一大班朋友都好啱! continue reading
