位於旺角彌敦道575號 Ladder Dundas 3樓的深宵食堂 (Eat Over Night),主打精緻日本菜。筆者曾經有看過日本漫畫《深夜食堂》,漫畫內的食堂燈光溫暖,和這餐廳的感覺相似。疫情後,不少餐廳的關門時間也提早,而這日本食堂則營業至凌晨兩時,可以和密友們多聊聊。。餐廳採用手機掃描二維碼下單,約五分鐘後,飲品和小食也陸續上桌了。。指定酒精飲品買一送一 - $52 兩杯📌Kirin 本榨調酒 - 柳橙 350ml 伏特加 配 橙汁(酒精濃度 - 5%) 📌「Jack Daniel’s & Coke」 威士忌可樂(酒精濃度 - 5%)兩杯飲品都頗為容易入口,不會太過苦澀。但筆者的酒量不算太好,呷了兩三口,面頰變得紅紅的。兩款飲品的酒精濃度都是5%,筆者較為喜愛kirin橙汁特調,味道微酸,頗為開胃。。📌甲羅燒 - $82這是一款頗為常見的日式燒物,食材會在甲羅(蟹殼)中烤製。料理師傅加了額外份量的蟹籽,口感卜卜脆。另外,可以加少許蟹膏和蟹籽在烘麵包上,整體感覺比單吃蟹膏更為refreshing。。甲羅燒用料新鮮,蟹膏的味道頗為鮮美。。📌牛油蒜燒珍寶大扇貝 - $62(隻)大扇貝尺寸巨大、肉厚,賣相吸睛。大扇貝不會燒得過乾,口感濕潤。面頭還加了蔥花、蒜蓉作點綴,蒜味濃厚,味道鹹香。📌帶子刺身 - $48📌螢光魷魚 - $48📌汁燒茄子串 - $13 (串)茄子有三大件,吸滿了日式醬汁,表面還撒了少許芝麻。茄子質感軟熟,也是一款頗為refreshing的蔬菜串燒。這餐廳的人均消費約$150。 continue reading

今晚我約了朋友來到了旺角的深宵食堂用餐,我們特別點了一些串燒來品嚐。這家店採用日式木質傢俬,讓人感覺簡潔溫馨。餐廳仿效日式居酒屋,營業時間一直到凌晨;主打串燒小食,同時也提供黑松露炒烏冬等主食。芝士蟹肉玉子燒 $78 玉子燒用蛋汁寫著深夜兩個字在上面,裡面還有芝士和蟹肉,質地厚實滑溜。煙肉荔枝卷 $38荔枝卷一共有三塊,煙肉包裹著荔枝,煙肉煎得香脆配上甜甜的荔枝肉,對油膩感正好中和。免治雞肉棒 $36雞肉棒吃起來比較滑順,配上甜甜的醬汁剛剛好。粟一燒 $48粟米是整條的,一開四份,帶有明顯的燒烤香味。深宵鐵板炒麵 $72日式鐵板炒麵加了一個溫泉蛋,炒麵的配料有蔬菜和肉,再加上溫泉蛋攪拌在一起,口感滑順。汁燒雞髀菇 $32雞髀菇同樣有兩串,一串共有四塊雞腿菇,雞腿菇鹹香,口感嫩滑,推介大家要點。汁燒茄子串 $13茄子串一共有三塊,表面燒得香脆,配上本身的醬汁很好吃。 continue reading
