自助餐平時就食得多, 食半自助餐嘅機會就唔係好多, 今次朋友邀請, 係度粵海酒店edenfa, 試試半自助餐到底係咩一回事。原來半自助餐, 就係前菜、甜品任食, 只係main course係佢地menu挑選一款, 咁ok啦, 最緊要野食好食就得。前菜嘅選擇非常之多, 淨係芝士都有三款, 配埋香脆十足嘅餅乾, 感覺唔錯! 而泰式豬頸肉非常之醒胃, 酸酸辣辣, 肉質好鮮嫩! 食完任食嘅前菜之後, 就係呢個menu度揀個main course喇, 我地幾位朋友就揀左以下嘅菜式:伊甸皇帝蟹腳三食, 牛油煎蟹腳, 牛油味同蟹腳非常之合拍, 蟹腳煎過後香味更盛; 蘇皮焗蟹蟹肉亦深得我所愛, 香脆嘅蘇皮下係野菌同埋鮮奶蟹肉, 口感之豐盛, 味道之濃郁, 真係令人久久未能忘懷!朋友叫左呢個香煎軍曹魚, 脆脆嘅魚皮, 配上滑嫩嘅魚肉, 好容易叫人食多兩啖。最吸引人嘅就係紫薯蓉, 味道甜甜的, 口感亦好嫩滑, 好正! main course之後, 由黎返任食嘅環節, 甜品時間!!! 呢度啲甜品選擇都幾多, 我覺得最出色嘅就係鮮奶奶凍同埋blueberry cheese cake。個奶凍完全無任何雜質, 味

main course之後, 由黎返任食嘅環節, 甜品時間!!! 呢度啲甜品選擇都幾多, 我覺得最出色嘅就係鮮奶奶凍同埋blueberry cheese cake。個奶凍完全無任何雜質, 味道亦唔會太甜, 滑滑的感覺, 如果唔係想試均全場嘅甜品, 個奶凍我起碼會食兩杯!!


成個場好有情調, 食物亦出色, 無論你係帶另一半黎, 定係三五知己, 呢度都係個好選擇!
