To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺旺角呢一個掃街之都長期到充滿着唔少新嘅店鋪仔,當然賣嘅都係特色嘢食。 隔咗接近一個月冇嚟通常都可以喺大街小巷都搵到一啲新開嘅小店,而通常呢一啲小店相對就會對所有事物都更加謹慎同埋認真,所以係非常值得去試吓新事物。 😛喺旺角站B2出口一出直行1分鐘都唔使就已經發現到一間新餐廳,就係一休,睇佢嘅餐牌都主力喺日式嘅輕料理,但亦都有唔少自家製嘅配搭。😝鐵板炒拉麵— 🍝作為呢間店嘅招牌菜,當然絕對要捧場一下,面底就有拉麵同埋烏冬可以揀,拉麵充滿彈性, 🍝第二步就可以揀自己想食嘅肉類,有雞絲有牛柳亦都有豬肉,而自己揀咗雞絲,真係一個字,滑!🐥 。最後質料就梗係要一休招牌醬油啦。呢一個一休招牌鐵板炒麵所食到嘅係充滿煙韌嘅拉麵再配上滑一滑嘅雞絲,🐥個盒睇落就好細但其實裏面裝到嘅炒麵份量都唔少㗎,簡簡單單當一餐又搞掂👍🏻鵝肝鐵板燒— 🍴高級嘅食材當然就係用返原始樸素嘅煮法來突顯食材本身嘅鮮味。鵝肝呢一啲咁高級嘅食物最正宗嘅始終都係鐵板燒,配落一塊脆嘅小法包,🥖再加埋照燒汁同埋蘆筍作配菜,一道正宗嘅鵝肝鐵板燒就咁完成。🍴鵝肝油香飽滿,裏面嘅細嫩確係令人好難忘,多重嘅味道就有賴蘆筍同埋法包所形成嘅三層滋味
