To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節最後一日假期， 當然作最後衝刺。 一個人的午餐，都要食得好，即使一個人都不能hea。求求其其，去茶木食啦！ 一個人真係易搵位， 門囗有一小堆人等位， 我㩒佐菲後， 3-4分鐘就入得啦！叫左個紅燒牛肉麵同水果茶， 紅燒牛肉麵都幾大碗， 麵底係刀削麵， 都幾彈牙幾有咬感， 湯底濃味帶少少辣， 配菜有白蘿蔔， 牛肉好大件， 有三大件， 仲有小小牛筋， 肉質幾嫩滑， 白蘿蔔同牛肉吸收曬湯底精華， 好入味。 總括嚟講呢個紅燒牛肉麵都幾好味。水果茶係用蠟燭點著保温的， 有鮮生果肉包括香橙， 青檸檬， 檸檬， 士多啤梨及菠蘿， 滿滿的維他命c， 好味又健康， 略嫌茶壺太小， 份量不足。係門口等個時見到個蛋糕櫃入面d蛋糕好吸引， 諗左一陣決定都要叫返件藍莓芝士蛋糕做甜品， 其實真係花多眼亂，款款都好想要， 鬼叫得一個人咩， 冇得試多幾個味。藍莓芝士蛋糕有粒粒的藍莓，唔會只係得藍莓jam , 個芝士蛋糕軟硬適中，成件食都唔覺太膩。
