星期日出開銅鑼灣,最怕經過Times Square、Sogo附近,人多到忟呀,最後決定去Cubus搵食,貪呢邊夠静,揀左21樓呢間主打烤雞的The Hwaduk,全店落地玻璃透入陽光,裝修簡約舒服又夠大,人少少真係好休閒relax!韓國炸雞食得多,係好味但太熱氣唔敢成日食,呢度招牌菜係烤雞,用意大利火山岩焗爐焗製,可以保持表皮香脆、鎖緊肉汁,同時將多餘油份迫出,比炸雞健康好多!無骨烤雞 $198烤雞都有7款,個人鍾意啖啖肉,所以揀左無骨烤雞。大大碟有8件,兩個人食夠哂飽,雞皮烤得脆口,肉嫩多汁,每份配有忌廉汁、蜜糖芥辣汁和韓國辣醬,建議大家唔駛加太多調味及醬料,反而先最原汁原味。隨雞附送切粒酸蘿蔔幫大家解滯,但個人覺得烤雞一啲都唔油膩呢~海鮮湯配烏冬 $188材料豐富,有青口、蜆、魷魚、大蝦等,用咁多海鮮湯底當然又鮮又甜,烏冬亦夠彈牙,想食辣可以揀另一款香辣海鮮湯配烏冬,應該會幾開胃。Non-alcoholic Sangria - Red (S) $88、White (S) $98因為之後仲要去做運動,所以揀左冇酒精Sangria,Red類似提子汁,White係荔枝味,入面有好多生果粒
