To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城啟德地鐵站上蓋越來越多食肆進駐，今日下午便來到一間來自星馬的海南雞飯專門店。原來平常日期，這裏不是很多人的。（午）文華海南雞飯，凍美祿咖啡（+$24）$162。文華海南雞外皮香脆，內裏雞肉鮮嫩，油脂甘香，配有三色調味料，其中以黑醬油最為美味可口。油飯帶點雞油的香味，軟腍腍可口，這個海南雞飯，是必吃的名物。美祿的味道混和了咖啡的味道，甜度適中，喜愛美祿的必點這道飲品。（茶）黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕，凍意大利牛奶咖啡（+$24）$82。黑醬油帶點甜味，令到蘿蔔糕軟糯可口。意大利咖啡份量十足，加上咖啡香濃可口，相得益彰。
