To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入大埔買東西, 由朝到下午都冇食過野, 拿拿聲搵間坐得舒服的食店醫肚先~ 由門口望入去, 已見裝修雅致~ 內進坐低, 更覺憩靜舒適~ 冇諗住一個人來, 侍應都會問我飲咩茶, 冇諗到專開壺茶給我, 相信與朋友慢慢嘆茶傾計, 必會坐足大半天~當侍應放低碗時, 真係會"嘩"一聲, 個碗口應該是大過我的臉, 很大碗啊~ 湯: 我點了少辣, 的確不辣, 花生/蔴醬味不重, 最精彩的是湯裡有很多很多蝦皮&榨菜粒, 蝦皮多到像在整碗湯中游水, 蝦皮&榨菜粒令湯更香, 更令湯不膩~ 麵: 不會太腍, 吸了湯汁, 這麼大碗我都能整碗完成~ 排骨(豬扒): 見到豬扒是另上, 已經覺得很細心, 大多其他上海食店都是把豬扒放在湯麵上, 今次終能吃到豬扒的香口, 肉雖不是很嫩滑, 但幸好都不"鞋"~ 在另一張菜牌上, 是專介紹蟹粉點心/菜式, 例如蟹粉小籠包, 蟹粉菜餃, .........等等~ 所以都想點其中一樣來嘗嘗~就是被菜牌上可愛的相片吸引, 便點了這個蟹將軍~ 外皮超超超級脆口, 比平時酒樓吃到的春卷或咸水角都要更脆口, (建議不要上枱便立即夾來吃, 因會烘親咀仔), 內裡雖不知是否這季當造的大閘蟹

外皮超超超級脆口, 比平時酒樓吃到的春卷或咸水角都要更脆口, (建議不要上枱便立即夾來吃, 因會烘親咀仔), 內裡雖不知是否這季當造的大閘蟹粉, 但都有很多很多一絲絲的蟹肉, 感覺很真材實料~


其實早在兩三年前, 曾與朋友在官塘已吃過這家的另一分店, 已覺得環境及食物都很好, 大埔這家新店, 都是一樣令人滿意~
