To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在觀塘海濱玩了一陣，累到又熱又口渴，見到一間有音樂傳出來的餐廳，入去坐下食少少野補充下體力餐牌有好多選擇叫了炸牛肋條，以為係一條條嘅牛肋條，原來是一粒粒的，並且有辣椒粉放在上面，嘩。非常香口並且肉汁豐富。香辣雞翼，原來是加了麻辣，咬落去脆脆聲，雞翼內裡熱辣辣，好有創意，我鍾意!👍🏻☺️甜薯薯條，甜甜地又脆卜卜，沒有普通薯條咁多鹽，而且呢顏色又好看。叫了兩杯飲品，橙汁和Iced Latte,所有煎炸食物都立即解辣😆食完好味的小食，真係晚飯都唔想食了，腦海裡還想着這三款食物的香脆聲音這間小店又大又舒服，好熱鬧。
