To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工太晏，周圍餐廳都閊晒🤦🏻‍♀️偏偏係呢啲時間想食壽司🍣、刺身🥹好彩，醒起恆安街市依家有個小夜巿，凌晨二時先收檔🫶🏻~~咁我就去試下呢間壽司達人啦😁🐽三文身刺身（5切）性價比極高，三文魚刺身非常厚切，入口滿滿油脂，啖啖肉，唔會腥，好新鮮😋🐽火炙蒜香牛油玻璃蝦壽司玻璃蝦肉質爽口，不過冇乜蝦味，因為有用火槍燒過，面頭焦香散發牛油香味。🐽 火炙蒜香牛油三文魚腩三文魚腩經過火燒，成半生熟狀態，入口即溶，魚油浸透整舊壽司！配合蒜香🧄牛油🧈，一啖入口，各種香味刺激味蕾，另外，醋飯鬆軟而綿密，酸度都剛剛好😋🐽火炙三文魚汁燒加州反卷呢款三文魚燒得比較熟，食落偏硬身爽口，秘制醬汁經燒制後，完全滲入魚肉，加埋加洲反卷入面既青瓜、蟹柳，整件壽司味道互相平衡
