To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到數碼港艾美酒店staycation ,晚上到南坊吃飯。甫入餐廳,被周圍的環境擺設吸引。一排落地大玻璃,看到窗外的風景,餐廳可以藍色作主調,配合一些中式油畫及瓷器的擺設,感覺高尚。我們staycation的套餐是家庭套餐,這家庭套餐的菜品真的是豐富多彩,讓人口感和視覺都能夠得到滿足。首先是金不換金沙星斑腩和京式四喜素鵝,兩道菜都十分精緻,吃起來十分鮮美。有機話梅七彩茄的賣相相當吸引,顏色奪目,入口非常清新。南坊松茸老火靚湯湯味濃郁,一口喝下去,讓人感到舒適。燒汁三蔥花蝦和玫瑰木煙燻板鴨則是比較濃郁的菜品,口味較重,但也很好吃。大澳蝦醬蝦乾啫啫時菜熱辣辣,蝦醬和蝦乾的配搭得宜,透出淡淡鹹香,非常惹味。最後是醬油鵝肝牛肉炒絲苗,飯炒得很乾身,配合醬油鵝肝,中和了油膩感,非常好吃。
