To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過沙田中心，見到譚仔米線，雖然唔係三哥，心想其實質素應該唔會相差太遠，一入去的時候，並不像(三哥)啲阿姐叫你坐邊張枱，當找到位坐後都無人理，搵到啲慢半拍嘅阿姐落單後，一二三見到八個阿哥阿姐齊齊開飯，其他等緊食的顧客唔知會點想？成間鋪頭得番一個收銀一個出菜，我足足等了21分鐘都無得食，要追啲阿姐先話幫我跟單，呢啲情況(三哥)係無可能發生啲，老實講米線啲味道和質素都唔錯，但係高低就會係其他地方出現。
