近日俾我發現到元朗區幾好食的麵店,餐廳裝潢以日式風才為主,主打湯麵,我和老公試了以下幾款🔸️日式濃汁牛肋條壽喜燒湯麵 $72 (+$12 升級沙律套餐,附飲品)一上枱香氣撲鼻,有牛肋條、温泉蛋、鳴門卷、味付筍片、葱花、紫菜絲、芝麻、炸乾葱等等,非常之足料,牛肋條牛味濃郁,入口彈牙有嚼勁,壽喜燒湯湯底香味濃郁,除了醬油味醂等材料外,還混合了用蔬菜、香料、大骨,長時間熬煮的高湯做基底,口感更濃稠豐富,條條麵都能掛上湯汁,值得一讚是這款香港傳統手工蛋麵,好有蛋香味,有筋性又彈牙,整體CP值好高🔸️蟹肉海老鮮蝦味噌湯烏冬 $78 (+$20 升級唐揚炸雞套餐,附飲品)有驚喜,面層舖滿新鮮蟹肉、虎蝦、鳴門卷、味付筍片、葱花、紫菜絲、芝麻、炸乾葱等等,全部食材鮮甜彈牙,湯底是濃郁的鮮蝦香味加上味噌,味道先鹹而後甘,好有北海道拉麵風味,加上烏冬口感煙韌彈牙,好好味🔸️唐揚炸雞外層酥脆香嫩,一咬下去會發出清脆的聲響,內部肉質鮮嫩多汁,醃製和調味料為雞肉增添了豐富的風味🔸️椒鹽炸雞軟骨 份量大大份,粒粒雞軟骨都炸到金黃酥脆,內裡彈牙有嚼勁,椒鹽調味賦予了雞軟骨濃郁的香味💸平均每位消費$105
