To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「會再去」已經係非常正面嘅好評。在下好中意食高檔潮州菜,當中以金島、百樂比較有信譽。今日忽然想食石榴雞,就去左呢間潮庭。餐具我影得唔好,欣賞佢每位有兩對筷子,係高檔潮菜必備。煎蠔餅$136做得唔錯,粉槳係底,面層加蛋,食落唔熱氣,仲超多蠔仔。菊花石榴雞$128一般啦,本身呢味菜就係得個樣。平時唔會食,因為唔中意,不過黎得就梗係食返潮州野。方魚芥蘭$108方魚炸得香口,一上枱就聞到好香花鵰味。蒜片牛仔粒$78聞落好咸,食落又ok。紫米露$32普通料。鮮百合芋泥 $32呢個就差少少喇,芋泥未溶得晒,但幾香。最後上一盤功夫茶,宜家唔係一般潮菜會做。所以呢,我當左佢係高檔潮菜。誰不知一上單,超級驚喜!我同老公估計$900左右,因為點菜冇睇價錢,結果只係1/3價錢。六百蚊食呢個質數,直情覺得賺左。BTW, 咁啱星光匯影,我地又坐窗口仲可以睇到少少。餐廳客人枱枱都斯斯文文,一d都唔會嘈
