°o‧° ° ᴮˡᵘʰᵒᵘˢᵉ係啱啱六月開業嘅Rosewood意大利餐廳未開業已經收到很大既關注價錢親民 環境很不錯 有室內/室外選擇聽講要book好耐先食到不過當然去到3-4點仲有好多位 可以試Walkin都有機會食到啊😬因為環境既關係 突然好想叫兩杯酒飲所以叫咗一杯rose 同white wine、(✿◡‿◡)๑ 𝘙𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘪 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘢 $230樣貌有別於一般嘅carbonara 通心麵條口感有少少硬食到中間有種粉粉嘅感覺好似未熟得透 但係又唔係麵團煙靭嘅感覺 撇除咗呢個口感 一粒粒風乾咗嘅豬面頰肉 微微有煙熏味同埋蛋味好夾同埋鹹香味十足 但係略嫌唔夠多汁未必每一條都掛到汁 但係有某幾條裡面夠多汁嘅話就有D咬落爆汁嘅感覺๑ 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘢 𝘱𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘢 $98望落去屬於厚批 但係食落一啲都唔厚架 !!而且個邊位好脆 每細塊都有好大塊嘅辣肉腸 無論係蕃茄醬或者芝士都好突出 口感超級好 個人唔算食得辣 但係覺得佢個辣到好適中pizza黎講好推呢個味 ๑ 𝘈𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘢 𝘗𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘢 $298俾我會形容為係西式嘅shaor豬皮真係一塊塊烤到好薄好脆 咬落去真係卜卜聲坐隔

豬皮真係一塊塊烤到好薄好脆 咬落去真係卜卜聲
坐隔離嗰個人都聽到
而皮下嘅脂肪可能會相對厚咗少少
但係連埋肉一齊食就會有一種入口即溶嘅感覺
最神奇嘅係 竟然冇騷味 個人好推介呢一道菜

反而唔太食到咖啡味 但係我自己就好鍾意酒味濃既
